    What is AI visibility?

    Whether AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity can find, read, and recommend your business when someone asks them a question. It's the AI-era equivalent of ranking in Google: if the AI can't read your site or doesn't know your business, it recommends a competitor instead.

    Why doesn't ChatGPT know my business?

    Usually one of three reasons: your site blocks AI crawlers in robots.txt, your site has no structured data telling machines what the business is and where it operates, or your pages have little readable text and nothing that directly answers the questions customers ask. All three are fixable.
